One of our most common queries from the website is requests for help to log in to your account. Most issues are quite easy fixes and can be sorted without technical support. Below are two youtube video links with a quick visual guide on how to request a link to reset a forgotten password. On completing this process you should be forwarded to a confirmation page which will show the text “An email has been sent to the supplied email address explaining how to reset your password. Please see this email for further instructions. If you do not receive it, please check your junk or spam folder”. If you do not see this message you have not requested the reset password link successfully. If you are experiencing problems then please let us know and we can either try to send the link from our end if you provide us with your email address or we can try to reset the password for you with a temporary password that you can later change yourselves.
