A beautiful Adrian Slack hybrid, with upright pitchers pitted with purple becoming red with white patterns in late summer, frilly hoods. Vivid red flowers during the spring. A good garden worthy hardy hybrid. Like all Sarracenias they need to stand in 2.5cm (1") of soft (rain) water in acidic nutrient-less soil in full sun for good growth. They are efficient fly and wasp catchers both indoors and out. Good as container plants. Keep well hydrated spring to autumn but keep just damp in winter. Needs a cold winter dormancy for long term plant health. Good flycatchers for a sunny window sill. Plants may be sent bare rooted.
