A very elegant pubescent leucophylla x alata from from Les Burdett. The pitchers are graceful with a long lid, predominantly green and white. This gives an almost ghostly look to the plant. It is freely branching and another good doer. Taller and more elegant than its sister H 339. Like all Sarracenias they need to stand in 2.5cm (1") of soft (rain) water in acidic nutrient-less soil in full sun for good growth.Keep well hydrated spring to autumn but keep just damp in winter. Needs a cold winter dormancy for long term plant health. Good flycatchers for a sunny window sill. Plants may be sent bare rooted, Small divisions.
