A lovely Leucophylla hybrid. Though short in stature at approximately 35cm, this plant really packs a punch as it will quickly forma delightful colourful clump. The sturdy green pitchers become white towards the top and over the hood and are vividly marked with strong, deep pink veins. The lip is also deep pink with a very striking spout shape. A very attractive addition to your collection. Like all Sarracenias they need to stand in 2.5cm (1") of soft (rain) water in acidic nutrient-less soil in full sun for good growth. Efficient fly wasp catchers they grow in full sun in moist or wet acidic nutrient-less soils. Keep well hydrated spring to autumn but keep just damp in winter. Needs a cold winter dormancy for long term plant health. Good flycatchers for a sunny window sill.
