One of the most spectacular of the mooreis. Parent of many modern hybrids this was originally found in a bog in Florida and was named after the owner of the land. It is a majestic hybrid, strong, tall and vigorous. Like all Sarracenias they need to stand in 2.5cm (1") of soft (rain) water in acidic nutrient-less soil in full sun for good growth. They are efficient fly and wasp catchers both indoors and out. Good as container plants. Keep well hydrated spring to autumn but keep just damp in winter. Needs a cold winter dormancy for long term plant health. Good flycatchers for a sunny window sill. Plants may be sent bare rooted.
