A rather interesting plant from Sumatra grown for its spires of bright pink flowers followed by glistening dark berries. It is a tall majestic plant that prefers a sunny spot, often achieving a height of 1m (3'). An excellent source of food for birds, however it is a toxic plant so the berries should not be eaten. Protect from frost.
