A very rare plant with dark stems and leaves with pale pink daisies, that gradually fade to white, each start with a yellow eye and age to pinkish red. An easy plant that prefers a sunny or lightly shaded site. Very hardy. Height 120-150cm (4-5′). Stunning!
If you are looking for a tall plant for the back of the border this one could be it! Forming large clumps the dark stems are complimented by masses of pale pink daisies, that gradually fade to white with red centres, giving a rather spectacular show. Easy and reliable, free from mildew this takes some beating. Height 2m+ (6′), September onwards. A pink form of A. laevis. One of our favourites, a ‘must’ for all gardens.
