A very beautiful evergreen magnolia that will flower intermittently during the summer and autumn avoiding late spring frosts. A compact very hardy form, that does well next to a wall. The strong scent and the large white flowers make a great focal point by the side of a house or in the garden. Unusual come like seed pods with bright red seed. 3m (10') in 10 years.
