Loose scrolled leaves unfold to a bright butter yellow, edged green, turning soft green and olive later. Lilac spikes of white flowers 60cm. (2') long follow during the summer. Likes moist spots in shade, partial shade or sun. A very striking Hosta especially in the Spring.
