A very different 'Day-lily' with rather large blowsy full double deep orange flowers often marked with reddish pink, accompanied by lovely variegated foliage. Like all in this family it prefers a sunny moist site but will tolerate most sites, flowering from Jun-Sep. Height and spread 90-100cm (3'). Variegation does vary from plant to plant.
