An interesting easily grown shrub that is not widely available. Attractive golden leaves in summer bear small clusters of yellow trumpet-like flowers during June and July. A good plant for difficult sites where its suckering habit can be useful. Forms a good backdrop for other shrubs. Height and spread 2m (6'). Excellent for bees and butterflies.
