A rather select and unusual herbaceous woodlander. Purple tinged feathery foliage appears from February onwards and is complimented by intense pinkish purple flowers. As with a lot of Cardamines these are summer dormant. Prefers a semi shaded site. Height 15-30cm (6-12"). Will spread quite freely if happy.
