A real whopper of a plant. This hybrid between B. Herons Pirouette and B. chitoensis (maybe) forms large clumps, 45cm (18') tall and up to 1m wide. Massive (for its type) flowers are borne well into the late autumn months. Stunning. Prefers a semi shaded spot where it is supposedly totally hardy.
