A low spreading shrub with a mushroom shape. Very beautiful finely divided bright green foliage adorn the branches , turning a spectacular bright orange-red in the autumn. Prefers a sheltered and lightly shaded position for best results. Can become quite large in time but usually achieves a height of 1m (3') in 10 years or so. A fantastic plant for containers.
