A colourful Japanese Maple with spring leaves emerging bright green with red tips and margins, darkening as they mature whilst retaining the red edge. As autumn approaches the leaves become more and more red before falling. Its compact size and habit make this one suitable for small gardens and containers. Height 2.5m Requires shelter from wind.
