A large handsome shrub with large dark evergreen leaves similar to those of v. davidii that bear clusters of dull creamy-white flowers about 15cm across, during June/July. Lovely blue/black berries follow during the autumn months. Prefers a sunny or semi shrub site. Height and spread 1.5-2m.
