An interesting, reliable evergreen plant that is useful in a variety of situations. We first saw this at Highgrove where it was used as a low evergreen edge to good effect in the vegetable garden - it was certainly a talking point. It can used as a box alternative, although it is far less formal. Clip hard after flowering to keep its shape. Prefers a sunny well drained spot where this herb is perfect for forming low flowering hedges. 30cm (12") August.
