A rather attractive vigorous Adrian Slack hybrid. Slightly curved dark red pitchers have slight deep purple veining. Spectacular red flowers, held high, are borne in spring. Like all Sarracenias they need to stand in 2.5cm (1") of soft (rain) water in acidic nutrient-less soil in full sun for good growth.Hardy.
