A reliable and easily grown shrub whose attractive, deeply cut bronze/purple leaves, bear clusters of pale pink flowers, followed by heavy bunches of shining edible black berries. An excellent shrub for attracting wildlife. Prefers a sunny site, but will tolerate a little shade - however its leaves will become greener with less light. An outstanding shrub.
