An exceedingly handsome and rarely offered herbaceous species with a suckering growth habit. White, pink tinged flowers are followed by glistening black fruit held above the pinnate foliage. All aspects including semi shade in a well drained soil. Height 1m (3'). The plant has medicinal properties although qualified advice should be sought.
