Arching spikes of widely flared, intense glowing orange flowers with a bright gold eye. Each has a central ring of rich burgundy with contrasting cream stamens. Unusually the seed pods are very large and attractive and are excellent for indoor winter decoration. Prefers a retentive, well drained soil in sun or light shade. Height 45-60cm (18-24)
